Description
We are looking for a German Speacker Compliance Manager to work in Frankfurt. 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for working across several projects within Frankfurt
  • Must be able to review the building permit and outline the main items that must be followed, don’t have to outline fully under the items but know to seek advice when needed
  • Set up the handover documentation for the authorities in conjunction with the fire engineer
  • Ensuring all approvals are in place prior to commencement of works, in relation to fire protection and life safety systems
  • Ensuring all TuV inspections are set up and that these take place with the site teams and that the documentation is in place
  • Regular site visits to inspect the documentation with the teams
  • Regular meetings with the fire engineer to demonstrate progress with the documentation
  • All other duties associated with this role
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be Fluent/native in German Language
  • Engineering Background but Architectural is preferred
  • Good IT Skills
  • Good Communicator and organiser
