Inter-Consulting Europe (UK) Ltd is a privately-owned recruitment consultancy specialising in providing contract engineering staff to automotive, aerospace and IT clients in Sweden, Germany and Netherlands.
We provide a full spectrum of product design and engineering services, embracing all parts of the development process from initial concepts to manufacturing and product development.
We resource all disciplines, including Vehicle Development, Line Development, Body Design, Interior and Exterior Trimming, Electric & Electronic Engineering, Chassis and Powertrain Installation and many other for the established customers working in Sweden directly and indirectly.

How do we work?
We specialise on providing engineers on a salaried contract/fixed term basis. Our strategy is to find and bring new talents into the market. We do our global ongoing sourcing 6 days per week and we are proud of the database of 300 consultants we maintain daily. All our consultants are well experienced with minimum 5-10 years’ experience. This does not discount the need for junior engineers who may have 18 months in a certain engineering field. We have supplier agreements with partners and direct customers in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands. We do also have a gentlemen’s agreement where our consultants can work directly for a client if they wish in 12 months.
We work around different type of agreements, trying to find the best way to meet needs of both parties.

Being privately owned we have a niche cut in the market and apply a personalised approach to each candidate taking into consideration family situation, life and career goals. UK Nationals 

Customers have priority on EU nationals and International applicants with a EU work permit. IC will provide this to successful applicants. UK nationals must have in place an EU working permit before any application.
