Document Controller Contract Job Seden

We are looking for a Document Controller for a project in London.

• Start Date: July 2020
• Contract duration: 12+ months 
• The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK. 

Job responsabilities: 

• Assist and support the Quality Manager to achieve the contract quality objectives
• Support implementation of the quality vision, goals and strategies.
• Support the implementation of project procedures and processes Implementation.
• Control file access to project information
• Record and issue applicable project documentation
• Receive and file project documentation
• Issue of documentation/information to internal and external parties.
• Report on document information (received, on time, late)
• Perform quality control of documentation received.
• Raise non-conformances when out of specification requirements are identified and support resolution and close out.
• Report non-conformances and corrective actions with documented evidence and recommendations for satisfactory resolution.
• Verify implementation of contractual requirements
• Review, endorse, and monitor Vendor/Contractors deliverables.
• Review of all applicable vendor/subcontractor documentation.
• Oversee Contractor’s documentation. Ensuring this meets the specification requirements.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports and manage KPI information.

Job requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of large multi discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ Document Control experience.
• Experience in managing and organising information
• Experience in electronic document management systems (EDMS)
