- We are looking for an IT Service Manager for our customer in Sweden.
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contract Duration: 12+ months
- Location: Syd, Malmo
As Service Manager for the ITSM area your main responsibilities will be:- Securing that the company-wide ITIL-processes (incident, problem, change, configuration and service transition) are governed, measured, developed and maintained. To support this, you will have access to an outsourced team with expertise in the respective fields
- Adapting the processes to DevOps and hybrid cloud / on-prem environment. It is essential to achieve high level of automation and meeting business needs, while not compromising with regulatory and security requirements
- Responsible for life cycle management and service delivery of the primary ITSM tool – Service Now
- Ensure that business and IT requirements are captured and implemented
- Secure IT Service performance according to Service Level Agreement
- Financial management of concerned services
- Support in audit work and ensure that potential findings are dealt with in an appropriate way Development and operations of all tools and applications are managed by 3rd parties; you will consequently engage with and manage relevant supplier teams.
- You have 10+ years’ experience in IT, service management, including project management, and good knowledge in change management
- You have the ability to balance business understanding with in-depth competence in the area of Service Management, as well as working in a complex multiple vendor environment.
- You have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree within the area of Technology, Economics, or similar sciences. Professional Certifications in relevant ICT standards are a plus, in for example ITIL, project management, architecture and agile development areas.
- You preferably have experience and competence within the area of banking and/or experience of working with IT Transformation
- You are proactive, coaching and inspiring and have good communication skills: A decisive Service Manager that sets clear and SMART goals and follows up on them.
