Description

We are looking for a System Engineer ABS ESP EPS for our customer in Sweden.

Job requirements:

Experience in working with any of the chassis systems like ABS/ESP/EPS and their functional knowledge
Define system architecture and design system considering interfaces with sensors and actuators
Determine System requirements taking into consideration of both current and future system architectures
Define the performance requirements for the sensing system, establish feature model to operate with the sensor performance envelop
Experience in Automotive design processes (FMEA, DVPR, Requirements management, communication networks, diagnostics, Supplier handling, etc.)
Establish procedures to verify performance both quantitatively and subjectively
Sound knowledge of ECU internals – HW architecture, SW architecture, Interface understanding.
Should be able to perform Requirements Engineering
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, use cases, standards and procedures

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with requirements management tool such as DOORS/ DOORS NG
Knowledge of EPS, Braking, Driver Assistance System and Sensor technologies and functions as well as vehicle electrical architecture
Ability to define the performance requirements for the sensing system, establish feature model to operate with the sensor performance envelop and establish

procedures to verify performance both quantitatively and subjectively

Understand sensor system interactions in terms of vehicle dynamics to identify possible improvements and trade-offs
Ability to operate in project phases from planning to execution and reporting
