Lead Developer/Application Architect Remote Sweden

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Lead developer and Application architect (Java EE) to work in Sweden on a remote basis.


Job Description:
Following the COVID-19 situation, there’s potential for remote work.
Product configuration is an important area for our customer. Many of their products are customized for a specific need. They have developed a product configurator connected to their e-business service. During the coming years the configurator platform will be evolved in multiple ways to provide the ability for multiple channels and services to let their users configure products.
 
Job responsibilities:

• Act as Lead Developer and Application Architect in development of the configurator solution (with a small server and UI team).
• Support the rest of the technical team in the third line support and continued development of existing platform.

 
Competences: 

• Senior developer & application architect with at least 5-10 years Java EE experience.
• Proven experience in designing and building highly complex and integrated new solutions (spanning entire SDLC from analysis to go-live) in an application architect and lead developer role.
• Proven experiences in Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Data JPA.
• Good understanding of requirement definition, design and data modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish as well as in English.

 
Desired:

• Knowledge/experiences with Hibernate, Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat and OAuth is a merit
