Description
For our client we are looking for Senior Component Owner within Active Safety and Safety Electronics to work in Trollhättan, Sweden.
 
  • Long term contract, 12+ months
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Help with the relocation to Sweden
  • 10 years of experience 
 
Job Responsibilities: 

  • You will be working with the development of systems and components (HW) within the Active Safety (ADAS) system team.
  • Your main focus will be on the camera (FLC) and control unit (ASDM).
  • You will develop and specify the system and components, and work closely together with our suppliers. In your role you will have a close contact with our suppliers.
  • Review specifications, evaluate supplier proposals.
  • Discuss and agree potential deviation requests from the selected supplier.
  • Support and secure packaging and installation of the HW components in the vehicle
  • Perform Joint reviews during the project with the supplier.
 
Job Requirements:

  • Experience of automotive function and/or systems development.
  • Relevant experience of the area is desired.
  • Experience of project- & supplier management.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
  • Drivers License category B
  • At least 10 years work experience.
  • Ability to drive, motivate and convince.
