On behalf of our client we are looking for the Automotive Resident Engineer Powertrain & Fuel Systems to work in China on a contract basis.
Full Relocation, Visa, expenses flights included in rates.

2.5  years contract.

Job description:
In an international team working together for advanced projects, we create the frame to further your personal development in creativity and project coordination. This will give you the chance to be at the forefront of automotive innovation.
You will work in advanced project teams to tune different components of the powertrain management system: battery, transmission, engine, sensors, actuators, catalysts, injectors, fuel pump, sensors, ignition coils, ECU (Engine Control Unit) for new powertrain concepts.

As an Advanced Resident you will be responsible for calibrating various products into a final complete functional system/subsystem and you will be responsible for:
  • ­
  • ­ Solving the issues found during the calibration phases with necessary supporting and cooperation;
  • ­ Tests results and checking for their consistencies;
  • ­
  • ­ Participating to hot/altitude/cold trip tests;
  • ­ Regularly reporting to your direct manager the status of development and/or any deviation;
  • ­ Cooperating within our international development teams and interface with our external partners;

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor or above, major in Automotive engineering or related field;
• Good understanding of automotive engineering, Engine Management System experience and test experience on engine dyno or vehicle is preferred; 10 years expertise as Resident Engineer
• Good social skills (team skills, open minded, open for contacts);
• Good Intercultural concept and willing to work in international team;
• Good English &  Any Chinese language skills a plus.
• Driving license is preferred;
