Job Responsibilities:For our client we are looking for 3 or possibly more UX Designers. A UX (user experience) designer is a professional responsible for designing digital products and services that create positive and enjoyable experiences for users. UX Designers use data of many sorts and analysis to understand users' needs and preferences, and design solutions that are intuitive, easy to use, and visually appealing. They use various design tools and techniques, such as wireframing and prototyping, to develop user interfaces, navigation structures, and interactive elements that make products and services engaging and easy to use and meet business needs.
1 of the 3 Senior UX designers must have Salesforce UX domain knowledge and experience.
1 of the 3 Senior UX designers must have eCommerce and Web domain knowledge and experience.
Examples of specializations: Services designer have special skills related to journey mapping and defining omnichannel experiences. Another example is designers with Salesforce experience. Specialization is identified by 5+ years working in a domain area, and relevant portfolio examples. Designers can also have skills described in the roles below. Responsibilities:
Design and prototype user interfaces for digital products and services
Define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes and more to solve customer and business problems based on data.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and business needs.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and best practices in UX design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UX design solutions
Create and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across products
Create high-fidelity designs and collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth and development
Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools.
Requirements;
3 - 10 years of experience in UX design, preferably in agency or consultancy settings
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Understanding of technical constrains, i.e. HTML, CSS, iOS
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
Experience leading user research and usability testing
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing experience in user research, design thinking, and usercentered design.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
