We are currently looking for a Consultancy Service for our customer based in Skellefteå, Sweden location.
 
Reference 142749-1
 
  • 90 days only due to Swedish tax rules
  • 70 % in Skellefteå& 30% in Västerås/Stockholm
  • Good rates, ongoing needs
  • EU nationals onlyor current work permit
  • Help and guide on housing costs with local suppliers.
 
Job Description: 
 
Our client is preparing for its : - ISO9001 1st surveillance audit - IATF 16949 certification audit Therefore they need a consultancy support (1 or 2 skilled consultants ) to :
  • Preparing the organization and the management team for both above mentioned events ,
  • Training & development of internal auditors (ISO 9001 and IATF16949),
  • Supporting in building a robust and flexible Management system that copes with their identity , mission and vision ,
  • Determining Real Gaps that will lead the client forward,
  • When needed, has the ability to challenge the client, the customer and the Certification bodies ,
  • Build a strong quality mindset within the clients organization via trainings and events ,
  • Building necessary documentation,
  • Improve the Document Management System .
  • We see that you have high experience in multi-site/ large serial production automotive organisations ( suppliers andOEMs).
  • We see that you have at least 10 years’ experience in similar work.
  • Specific competences we see as relevant for this role: - Automotive core tools , IATF 16949, Battery industry, QMS, EMS, - ISO9001 - Negotiation skills - Customer experience - System audits - Process & product audits - VDA - Document management system - Strategic direction - Methods to determine stakeholder requirements - Rules of IATF - Battery industry - Lean six sigma - Trainings - Conflict management - Laboratory management - Calibration - Serial automotive production - Product development
  • English only is sufficient language skill for this assignment
