We are currently looking for a Senior UX designer forour customer based inGothenburg inSweden.

Job Description: 
 As a UX designer you will work in a development team with product owners. You will also work together with several UX/UI designers who are responsible for digital channels, but also collaborate with copy. We work closely with our developers and set the bar high when it comes to creating accessible and frictionless experiences that support our travelers in their everyday lives. The main focus of this role is to create new services for our users, but jobs in other products may be included.
 
Main tasks:
The role includes developing ideas and concepts for new solutions as well as improvements in existing services, based on user needs and behaviors. As a person, you are driven and you possess a good ability to communicate solutions, ideas and thoughts for knowledge dissemination. Furthermore, you are an unpretentious team player who always starts from the user's perspective and can argue for your design choices. If you also have previous experience of working with development in the public sector, it is a plus. We would also like to see experience of working with digital accessibility, as this permeates all parts of what we work with.
 
Job requirements:
 
•   Worked at least 3 years as a UX designer
•   You have the work according to established agile methodology and to work closely with developers
•   Experience with the tools Figma and Jira and building design systems.
•   Experience of planning and conducting user tests, both qualitative and quantitative
•   Experience of working with accessibility issues
