• Lead the HW Design of Electrical Motors
• Lead the technical part of strategi, sourcing and verifing of different Electrical Motor for different applications.
• Driving choices and development in: winding technology, magnet technology, steel stamping and lamination joining, electrical insulation systems, interconnections, thermal sensing
• Design validation and durability testing profile development
• 3D CAD and 2D drawings for stators, rotors and assemblies

Krav/Requirements

• Great understanding of Electrical Motor Designs
• Evidence of exceptional ability
• Understanding of electromagnetics design
• Taken motor designs from clean sheet to volume production
• Experience with multiple coil winding and termination technologies
• Experience with multiple magnet technologies
• Expected skills: 3D CAD, 2D Drawings, DFMEA, PFMEA,
