Tooling & Manufacturing & Equipment Jig Engineer Contract Jobs Sweden

On behalf of our customers we are looking for Manufacturing and Tooling & Equipment Engineers to work in Sweden 6-12 month contracts on going.

(position typically requires 8 years or more relevant experience)Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer work focuses on designing and developing mechanical equipment and tools for use in manufacturing processes including: Researching production equipment solutions and developing new or modifying existing equipment designs ; Designing, developing, and implementing mechanical equipment and tools (e.g., machinery, machine attachments, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, etc.) ; Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and associated processes to optimize utilization, uptime and production yield ; May liaise with and conduct training for the Technology Transfer and Production Groups on new equipment and associated processes. Lead level is a specialist in Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineering typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 8 years or more relevant experience). Responsibilities typically include: Managing large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
