Planning Engineer, Reference 220783-14

This position is based in Jeddah, KSA. The tentative assignment duration is about 24 months. Responsibilities - The Site Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing detailed project plans and schedules for construction projects - The planning engineer will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. - Develop and implement project plans and schedules. - Coordinate with project managers and other team members to align project objectives and strategies. - Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions when necessary. - Track and analyze project progress, adjusting schedules as required. - Provide technical support and advice to the project team. - Generate project reports for senior management and stakeholders. - Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and objectives. - Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and schedules. Qualifications and Requirements · Education: Bachelor's degree or above. · Minimum 10 years of working experience in industrial projects (solid background within paper projects it’s a must). · Sound knowledge and experience in engineering, project planning and project execution. · International working experience is seen as a major advantage. · Language skills: Good verbal and written English skills are necessary. · Computer skills: Solid computer skills mastering basics in Microsoft office. · Team player, having good communication and coordination skills The assignment will require you to be on site in Jeddah during those 24 months.
