Active Suspension System Integration Expert
About the team:
Intelligent wire-controlled chassis is the inevitable path to achieve artificial intelligence automatization, which can bring disruptive User Experience to intelligent electric vehicles.  Auto has established a deep technical reserve in the field of intelligent chassis, and multi-domain integrated intelligent chassis technology is also a key research area for Li Auto in the future. The Germany R & D team will support  Auto's R & D work at its headquarters in China, assisting in the next generation research of cutting-edge chassis technologies such as wire-controlled braking, wire-controlled steering, and fully active suspension.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the technical development plan (system integration、system matching、function definition、etc.),design guidebook,DFMEA and system standard preparation of the fully active suspension system;
Responsible for full active suspension system architecture and hardware sizing;
① Includes active damper sizing and motor pump unit spec.design review;

② Oil tube sizing and valves selection based on vehicle technical specification for full active suspension system function and NVH requirements;

Responsible for product definition of fully active suspension system and sub-components,proposing design requirements and standards for sub-components(such as fully active shock absorbers、motor pumps unit and oil Tube etc.), and collaborating with suppliers to optimize and design design schemes;
Responsible for developing DV & PV test projects,part verification,and problem tracking for fully active suspension;analyzing and solving bench test issues during development,vehicle-level assembly,performance,NVH,durability,and other issues;
Responsible for dynamic perception and technical exploration in the new technology field of fully active suspension; introducing new concepts,solutions,and technologies for innovative design and optimization of active suspension systems.

Requirements:

Education/Experience

Bachelor's, Master's or higher degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering or similar;
Over 10 years of experience in the field of fully active suspension systems;
Familiar with the principles of fully active suspension systems, including the design and development of fully active suspension systems, active shock absorbers, CDC solenoid valves, built-in accumulators, active hydraulic pumps and other components; able to independently complete the design, development and testing of fully active suspension systems to ensure that their performance/durability meets standards;
Master the characteristics and application scope of mainstream fully active system, possess the ability to reduce costs and improve performance, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems, and provide technical support during product debugging and after-sales service.

Knowledge

Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CATIA;
Sensitive to issue detection, root cause analysis and system performance evaluation;
Fluent English (oral and writing) is mandatory.
