Job Description:                                                                                                                               
1. Lead the operation and management of the branch company, responsible for the construction and management of the regional basic team
2. Responsible for customer development in the region, based on annual and quarterly customer development plans, obtaining customer recognition through visits and communication, and making the company a qualified supplier
3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships in the region, gaining customer trust, understanding customer project planning, and ensuring that the company is included in early RFI project discussions
4. Responsible for receiving orders in the region, developing pricing strategies and technical solutions based on potential order customer information to ensure that orders can be fulfilled
5. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer information in the North American market
6. Prevent customer complaints and strengthen risk management
