About the roles

In the role, you will work in sourcing categories linked to software and run selected sourcing projects and activities, mainly in the Software category but also in other IT-related areas.

Your main focus will be software and applications. You are also responsible for supplier relations and contract management. You will be part of a team of purchasing specialists with an open culture characterized by knowledge sharing and a solution-oriented way of working.

You report to the Head of IS/IT Procurement & Multi Sector within the central group purchasing function.

Duties
Driving and executing sourcing projects and activities
Leading collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams globally and collaborating with relevant stakeholders
Implementing category strategies
Managing commercial supplier relationships
Managing supplier governance and contracts
Delivering value through improved performance, compliance and cost reduction
Participate in the development journey towards Operational Excellence and a world-leading purchasing organization
A comprehensive Procurement Excellence program was launched that will run for several years with the goal of developing the business into a world-leading purchasing organization.

Travel within Sweden may occur in the role.

We
are looking for a business-driven and commercially focused strategic buyer with proven experience in implementing and delivering results in sourcing and purchasing. You enjoy leading sourcing activities and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and suppliers.

To succeed in the role, you need to have very good communication and negotiation skills and be able to manage agreements and supplier relationships independently. We also value qualities such as openness, ability to collaborate, self-drive, structure and analytical thinking, as well as a strong will to achieve set goals.

Requirements
Master’s degree, relevant university education or equivalent work experience
Several years of experience in software and IT and Mult-Sector Areas

purchasing Strong business understanding and commercial drive
Solid experience in purchasing software and applications
Good knowledge of the software and IT market, suppliers, solutions and business models
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
Experience in leading commercial teams
Interest in continuous improvement and digitalization
