Description
On behalf of our customer we are looking CAD PLM CAx Support Engineer to work in Sweden.
 
  • Long-term 12+ month contracts

Job Description:
  • Act as a technical lead, delivering reliable IT services to the wider business
  • Focus on and improve reliability, availability and security across the IT application and infrastructure landscape
  • Be a senior technical escalation point for IT support topics
  •  Deliver exceptional customer service in a flexible way, particularly as we require out of hours support for maintenance changes and end user support on a rota basis
 
Required Skills:
  • Siemens Teamcenter, Enovia, CREO any expertise
  • Problem solving - supporting in-house/bespoke applications
  • Maintaining, developing and leading all IT aspects of the following toolsets: CATIA, SIMULIA, 3DX, ENOVIA, MATLAB, FlexLM
  • Scripting, orchestration, automation, application deployment, testing and benchmarking techniques
  • Application and infrastructure capacity planning, performance and availability monitoring
 
Required Experience:
  • A broad operational role within a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Database support, administration and optimisation
  • Mechanical engineering design methodologies
  • UNIX, Linux and Windows Operating Systems
 
Desirable Experience:
  • Motorsport, OEM automotive or engineering background
  • Testbed and simulation platforms
  • Enterprise infrastructure, networking, storage and compute
  • High Performance Computing environments, including high performance workstations
 
Certifications Required:
We are  ideally looking for candidate/s who hold a combination of certifications:
  • PLM application certification - support/administration level
  • CAx application certification - support/administration level
  • Project management methodology certification
 
We are looking for people with any module skill in Siemens Teamcenter, Enovia,  CREO.
