Job Description:- In this position you will work with complete vehicle aerodynamics to streamline the clients coming premium vehicles.
- The position includes both CFD analysis and wind tunnel testing to drive, optimize and assess the aerodynamic performance.
- Primary focus will be on exterior design but the role also includes underhood aerodynamics, aero-acoustics and contamination.
- You will be involved in all stages of a vehicle project where you will work cross-functional in the organization to define the performance of systems/components and to ensure fulfillment of performance requirements.
Job Responsabilities:- Being part of early design studies
- Taking an active part in simulation driven design
- Being part of target setting of attributes and correlation of models
- Challenging, developing and documenting CFD methods and test methods
- Being part of the continuous product and performance development of products
- Working and communicate cross-functional within the company
Education and Experience:- Bachelor of Science or higher university degree
- Experience in automotive aerodynamics
- Experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
- Experience in wind tunnel testing
- Proficiency in Simcenter STAR-CCM+, Simcenter 3D, OpenFoam, BETA, Python, Matlab
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
- Driver License B
