Job description:- Implement authorised repairer diagnostic tool by planning, creating, and testing diagnostic routines through deployment of computer application software, such as OTX and Grade X
- Utilise simulation, rigs and vehicles as per requirement for validation and sign-off of symptom-based diagnostics and service routines.
- Issue diagnostic routines as executable software updates, interacted with product development team to identify requirements, and acknowledge concerns for creation of symptom-based diagnostics/service routines for model programmes.
- Resolving technical issues raised during internal diagnostic validation or end user field use.
- In this role you will be specifying, documenting and supporting the balancing of aftermarket requirements for our products within the process scope.
Job requirements and experience:
Proficient in diagnosing vehicle issues and assisting in carrying out test drives of new vehicle model released.- Good knowledge of Diagnosis & Repairs; Regulatory Compliance; Relationship Management; New Business Development; Revenue Optimisation; Client Service & Satisfaction; Vehicle Performance/ Repair Testin;
- Good understanding and good to read electrical wiring diagram
- Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostic
- Electrical Engineer education preferably.
