- Description
- We are looking for a SAP HR SuccessFactors skilled Solution Manager for our client's HR integration project.
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Contract duration: 6-12 months
- Location: Helsinki, Finland
Main responsibilities:- Coordinate Change and Release Management process in order to have new requirements successfully implemented
- Actively work together with and steer and educate client's AMS vendor, based in India, to ensure progress on tasks is secured
- Share expertise/opportunities of the application with all relevant stakeholders, both internal as well as external (e.g. vendors)
- Closely work together with business counterparts from HR to advice, support and comment where and when needed based on their requirements
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of HR-interfaces
The consultant should have following skills and competences:- Excellent understanding of HR SuccessFactors-application and its modules, specifically Employee Central, though in-depth knowledge on other modules is required as well
- Ability to translate technical requirements into functional ones and vice versa
- Pro-active attitude with target-oriented mindset and good level of flexibility
- Easy to communicate with and able to quickly establish trustworthy working relationship
- Good knowledge of English language, both in writing and spoken
- Knowledge on HR-integrations is a preference
