Unity Developer Remote Contract

On behalf of our customer we are looking for the Unity Developer to work on a remote contract basis.

Job Description:

Your days will be filled working in a small team of 4, developing a data driven VR SaaS tool for the retail industry. Combining software development with 3D and data, some unique challenges being solved here. Developing new features and modules, enhancing existing where required.

You’ll also work on building new prototypes and come up with ideas to improve the product.

You’ll be either Senior or Mid-level, have good Unity experience and some asp.net core. You’ll have an understanding of 3D and know your way around SQL/NoSQL databases. Bonus points if you have experience with JS frameworks (such as Vue, React, Angular etc) and have an interest in VR and/or Data. If you have experience with Three.js / Babylon.js this will make you stand out from the crowd.

What’s more, they are well established and have been around for 20 years building bespoke solutions but have recently been working on their new SaaS product to compliment the vast experience they have in the digital and e-commerce field. The product is already commercialised and has household name brands for customers such as Coca-Cola, Weetabix, Energizer, Loreal, Accolade wines and Superdrug. But there are still lots to do and many challenges to be solved.
