- Description
- We are looking for a Mainframe Application Developer/Systems for one of our customers.
Our customer will strengthen their unit with a Mainframe Application Developer/Systems engineer with deep technical mainframe knowledge. You should have experience from developing in mainframe applications, and experience from the automotive business and especially in the logistics area is an advantage. Experience working with Web services is also an advantage. You will work both independently and in groups and you will be a part of an agile team (Scrum/SAFe) focusing on outbound logistics.
Together with the team you will be both developing new functionality and maintaining the application in close collaboration with the business stakeholders. You will also be an integral part of an upcoming modernization of the application.
Required competence:- Mainframe / COBOL knowledge.
- DL/1- DB2 & SQL
- IBM Mainframe
- JCL
- REXX, IMS
- Assembler
- Minimum 5 years of experiences working with mainframe
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Experience from working with business requirements
Meritorious:- Experience of agile processes and DevOps
- Logistics experience
- Other technologies, e.g. Java
- Experience of modern mainframe development tools from MicroFocus/IBM
- Experience of Azure DevOps
- Automotive experience
