Job Description:
Volvo Cars has since a couple years back started a new greenfield SAP S4 implementation that is intended to support new implementations and future needs. However, there is also an old SAP ECC system running that still is the main SAP system within our client with around 16000 unique logins every month. This system has been around for the past 15 years and is heavily integrated to many surrounding systems. Long term strategy is to replace this system with S4 and the intention is now to kick off the work with forming a plan around how to decommission the old ECC system.
Your task is to kick off the decommission and make a plan that aligns with the commercial transformation and S4 greenfield implementations as well as not only cover the commercial/finance areas but also e.g., HR and procurement pieces in ECC. Further, you will lead the actual decommission, push progress and make sure everyone run in the same direction with a long-term vision and roadmap.
This is a role that cover multiple geographic markets; hence you have a global perspective and understand differences in values and cultural environments. As a leader you foster innovation, create and build a high performing team managing multiple stakeholders.
Experience/Skills:- Professional experience from working with digital development in complex environments
- Extensive SAP competence
- Worked in a global business with several markets
- Outstanding ability to run complex programs and think creatively and strategically
- High ambitions that find an entrepreneurial company mindset motivating
- Bachelor's in data science or similar
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
