Job Description:
As a Power Electronics Engineer, you will lead and coordinate the development of inverters and high voltage application in different phases of the project. You will be part of a team consisting of Hardware and Software engineers and work tightly with your Hardware colleagues on a daily basis.
You will be the single point of contact towards the supplier for the product you have responsibility for and need to secure the technology, cost and timing to meet the project targets. You need to have technical insight in the requirements and the construction of the area you work in to be able to have constructive dialogues both with the customer and the supplier.
Skills and Experience
You have a M.Sc or B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or similar relevant experience. It is meritorious to have relevant experience of power electronics. It is also of interest if you have a background from designing and/or defining Hardware architecture, principles and patterns of Embedded systems. You have a genuine interest of the technical areas related to Electronics- and Mechatronics.
It is meritorious if you have background and experience in DC-DC and AC-DC Converters.
The cross-functional nature of the role offers you possibility to advance your competence in the subsystem areas and your professional network. You need to master communication in English; both in written and spoken.
