- We are currently looking for a Project and Innovation Manager for our customer based in Germany.
· 12+ months contract
· Remote with short visits to Germany
· Good rates, ongoing needs
· Help with relocation to Sweden
· 100% on-site at the customer ́s premises.
Job Description
• Collaborate with the company CTO to draft and maintain the R&D strategy development roadmap.
• Monitor and report on the progress of high-level R&D projects in the business units and at the Group level.
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities and research labs to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Identify and secure external funding sources for R&D projects and initiatives.
• Assist the Group CTO with contract drafting and negotiations.
• Support the Group's publishing activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication with upper management and maintain a transparent information flow.
Job Requirements
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerrPoint, Word, and Excel.
• A reliable team player with strong interpersonal commmunication skills.
• Experience in liaising with upper management in a medium-sized international company.
• Familiarity with electrical, thermal, or mechanical engineering, ideally in relation to transformer manufacturing.
• Optional: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• English only is sufficient language skill for this assignment
