Job Description:- Background: In the role of product owner, you have the overall responsibility for the management and development of Västtrafik's application Maximo. Extent: The team includes more employees. The work takes place mainly at the office in Gothenburg, but remote work may occur. Work operationally and supervise the team for Maximo to achieve set goals, activities and deliverables. Monitor usage and customer satisfaction to maintain a high delivery quality over time. · Develop a vision and strategy for Maximo and manage the ongoing planning and development of this to meet the needs of the business. · Ongoing follow-up at tactical and strategic level with the supplier. · Collaborate in relevant parts close to business management, product owners, the IT unit and the business to capture needs and development opportunities. · Monitor, stay informed and updated on new solutions and technologies in the field to constantly improve. · Work independently with budgeting and forecasting as well as follow-up of outcomes. Result: You drive, plan and develop the vision and strategy for the application in the area of use. You ensure good user satisfaction among both your own employees and partners. You lead the ongoing management work in the team and together with the supplier. We would like you to have experience of working agile with Traffic-related equipment on board and in the field. Experience with Maximo is a big plus. You report to the responsible manager for IT-Trafiknära IT. Assignment period/period (contract period) The assignment starts 1 Nov 2023 and runs until 2024-04-31 with the possibility of an extension. The assignment is at 50%. The work is mainly carried out in Västtrafik's office in Gothenburg.
