Description Our client is looking for an electrical system engineer to our team electrical design low voltage
Responsibilities: Develop electrical designs and specifications for a variety of projects. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide electrical design solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to ensure design feasibility, efficiency, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Coordinate with other disciplines, such as mechanical engineering, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing process. Document design specifications, procedures, and test results accurately and effectively. Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in electrical design. Requirements: Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical design and/or system design engineering, preferably in the industrial or marine sector. Practical hands-on experience of cabling, PCBAs and ECUs Experience from Volvo systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Familiarity with electrical system components, equipment, and materials.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to develop efficient and effective designs. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
