Job Description:
The role of the UX designer works within the context of buying and using ticket. The target groups are customers and customer-oriented staff. The work includes planning and prioritization of various assignments as well as operational UX work such as testing out concepts and ideas to verify customer needs, customer-facing staff's needs and accessibility perspectives. Collaboration with developers also takes place to verify that the technical solution is viable.
Main tasks:- Lead and drive the UX work within the program together with UX designer, service design and UX lead
- Lead the work of defining needs/user stories and prioritizing efforts in collaboration with primarily product owners and UX designers in the product teams
- Design, lead and conduct customer insight studies and draw conclusions from these.
- Based on customer needs and customer insight, develop flows and prototypes and test these iteratively, this also applies to tools and support for customer-oriented staff
- Prepare, conduct and analyze usability tests to ensure good quality
- Participate in the development of solution proposals with UX designers
- Run and participate in workshops
Job Requirements:- Education, experience and competence requirements
- Experience of UX work in larger projects with many flows and deliveries
- Experience of running and following the UX process from early stages to finished solutions
- Post-secondaryeducation in UX/Service design or similar education.
- Works seamlessly in the tools Figma, Miro and Adobe XD
- Experience of data collection, both qualitative and quantitative
- Experience of usability work with analysis, design.
- Additional qualifications: knowledge and experience of working with accessibility, digital as well as physical
