Job Description:
We are searching for a skilled and experienced engineer, who has worked with plastic injection modeling of Exterior parts. The position requires to take leadership of the plastic components.
Job requirements:
This position means:
• Securing progress and deliveries in different design stages together with a small team, on- and off-site
• Work cross-functionally, for example with purchasing (GTP), operations (GTO) and product design
• Be active in the dialogue with possible suppliers and use experience and knowledge to secure a good delivery from them
• To be a team player
• Proficient in English language
• Skills in Catia V5 is not mandatory but can make life easier
Examples of skills Catia V5:
• Advanced structured part creation (Solid- and surface modeling).
• Modeling with respect to tooling (draft analysis, tool set up).
• Assembly analysis with respect to production assembly.
• Component optimization (weight-, strength-, process selection – and cost optimization).
• Fixation system part integration.
• Part- and complete system drawing creation.
