We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level 4) with deep expertise in CAD solutions, specifically Siemens NX, to lead strategic initiatives in design and engineering systems. This role involves driving the implementation of advanced CAD methodologies, optimizing existing processes, and managing complex, cross-functional projects within a global organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead deployment and integration of new CAD solutions and methodologies across multiple business units. - Optimize current CAD systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and performance. - Act as a technical authority and change leader during transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, and quality assurance. Required Qualifications: - Engineering degree and strong expertise in Teamcenter and NX CAD; familiarity with other PLM/CAD systems is a plus. - Extensive hands-on experience with NX CAD tools and methodologies. - Proven track record in project management for complex, multi-functional assignments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. - Solid understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and CAD/CAE applications. - Background in systems engineering, model-based design, and modular product architecture (preferred).
