PTC Creo Mechanical Engineer Junior Contract Job Sweden 6-12 Months: Not Remote

Mechanical Designer/Engineer to join the Homogenizer Team in Lund. In this role, you will support both the R&D team in development projects and the Order & Issue Resolution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design for development projects and customer orders. Work with simulation tasks.
• Create and update 3D models and 2D drawings in CREO, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Manage master data and maintain product structures in PDM systems (Windchill).
• Generate concepts for new designs, including feasibility analysis and design reviews.
• Update and maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, sourcing) to resolve design-related issues.
• Requirements
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CREO CAD software and Windchill PDM.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with FMEA or other design risk assessment tools.

• Skillful in AutoCAD Inventor is also a bonus.
