Description
We are currently looking for a Battery System Engineers for our customers based in Sweden, Germany & Holland locations
 
  • 24 Month Plus+ months contract
  • Good rates, ongoing needs
  • Help with relocation to Sweden
  • 100% on-site at the customer ́s premises. 
 
Job responsibilities:
  • Battery functional integration and technical project management
  • Leading and developing battery system requirements and specifications definition for battery technical profile (based on customer requirements, ISO, IEC, UN and UL standards)
  • Definition of tests and validation tasks (requirements test cases/V&V
  • Battery system DFMEA development, activities, and requirements decomposition to component/subsystem level
  • Validation test plans development based on requirements, standards and DFMEA
  • Test procedures creation and validation activities support, data analysis, redesign proposals
  • Battery end of line procedure and workflow development
  • Risk assessments creation for validation and design activities
  • Support HV battery controls and functional safety activities (mostly based on IEC60664, ISO6469, UNR100)
  • Liaise with other teams to provide information regarding battery system requirements and specifications for components and subsystems
  • Providing product design specifications documentation for suppliers’ RFQs
  • Support HV battery electrical design, mechanical design, modelling, simulation activities and software strategies
  • Acting as a system integration support engineer for battery integration into the vehicle powertrain
 
Job Requirements
Min 5 years’ experience, strong communication skills; strong knowledges of Lithium Batteries, System Engineering; Testing, R&D, VPP/VPI stages, Product Development, AVL Lynx,  ISO, IEC, UN and UL standards, DFMEA development.
 
Place of work: Sweden, Germany, Holland locations.
