Job Description:
For our client we are looking for a Senior Motion Designer
A Motion Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and dynamic animations, videos, and other multimedia content that also meet the usability, safety, and platform needs. They use design and animation software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and
Cinema 4D to bring concepts and ideas to life through animation and video. Motion Graphics Designers often collaborate with other members of a creative team, such as graphic designers and UX designers, to create cohesive designs that meet project objectives and client needs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute motion graphics projects across various platforms including web, mobile, and video.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective motion graphics.
- Conceptualize and create storyboards, animations, and visual effects.
- Ensure consistency of brand and messaging across all motion graphics projects
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior motion graphics designers.
- Present motion graphics concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, animation, or a related field
- At 5-10+ years of experience in motion graphics design
- Expertise in motion graphics software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Maya
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating engaging and effective motion graphics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Experience in designing motion graphics for e-learning or training programs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web-based motion graphics
- Experience in creating 3D animations and visual effects.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting for motion graphics projects.
